Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church

 Pastor Victor Brewton, Sr. is a native of Evans, County. He is a graduate of Claxton High School, Claxton, Georgia. He attended Brewton-Parker College, where he majored in music. While attending Brewton-Parker College, Pastor Brewton had the opportunity to study the Old and New Testament. Pastor Brewton served four years in the Armed Forces. While stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado, he attended Tibet Community College in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Pastor Brewton is the son of the late Bishop Otha Brewton and the late Valerie Porter Brewton. He is married to Evangelist Donna Jackson Brewton and they have six children Jeremy, Sean (Reesey), Jasmine, Victor, Jr., Matthew and Jordan and one grandchild Aviana better known as VV.

 After his service with the military, Pastor Brewton returned to Claxton and began rendering his service to numerous churches as the Minister of Music. In 1995, he was called to preach the Word of God.

 In August 2006, Pastor Brewton and his family joined Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church. He was licensed in November 2006 and was named Associate Pastor. He is an original member of JAMA.

 In 2008 Pastor Brewton and several ministers rendered service to Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church. On May 27, 2009 PastorVictor Brewton, Sr. was called to shepherd the Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church.

 Pastor Brewton?s daily meditation is to continue to attend unto the wisdom of the Lord and bow his ears unto thy understanding that he may regard direction and that his lips may keep knowledge.
